• Description:

  Provides preventive services assuasive individuals to stay in their homes and out of nursing home care. Provides socialization by way of a Mean solar day Middle, which too houses both a Medical Clinic and a Physical and Occupational Therapy Clinic. Offers home care, personal care, main and specialty doctor services, prescription drugs, meals (both in the Mean solar day Center and delivered to the abode), durable medical equipment, and circular trip transportation to the Day Centre and to all medical appointments.
